How can I make changes to my order if I have made a mistake?
Once we have received your order, we unfortunately no longer have the opportunity to make any changes to it.
How long will it take to process my return?
Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 14 days. You will then receive your money back.
How does the returns process work?
You can return your ordered goods to us in their original condition with a delivery bill within 30 days without any problems. You are responsible for the shipping costs. When exchanging, please return the goods and reorder them in the desired color/size.

Who bears the costs of the return?
The customer bears the shipping costs of the return.
Do I have to send my parcel insured?
The shipment does not necessarily have to be insured. Please make sure that your shipping service provider provides you with a tracking link.
What do I do if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you have received a faulty item, we are very sorry. Please send an e-mail with your order number, photo and description of the damage to info@lilletoni.com. We will take care of it as soon as possible and get in touch with you. The warranty period is 24 months on the purchased products and begins with the handover of the goods. Excluded from the warranty are damages that are due to natural wear and tear or improper use.
What do I do if I have received the wrong item?
We are very sorry if we made a mistake when packing your order and you accidentally received the wrong item. Please send us an e-mail. Our customer service will take care of returning the wrong item and reshipping the one you requested.
How can I exchange gift sets?
Due to our internal processes, we can only accept returns of complete gift sets, i.e. with all products.
